Consultant
Having worked as a project manager for more than 20 years, of which 13 years as senior customer project manager at Lonza AG in Visp, Switzerland, she has supported multiple biotech and biopharma companies in preclinical and clinical phases, from inception to market entry. As an insider of the whole CMC journey, she is familiar with its complexity and able to ask the right questions at each step of the process to anticipate potential issues and provide pragmatic solutions, thus ensuring timely and in budget delivery. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and quickly establishes a fruitful collaboration with all parties based on a deep understanding of all stakeholders needs.

Karin makes processes work and people work together. Through her analytical mind she removes layers from complex processes to establish simplicity and speed. Based on her broad experience in project management, both as customer and as contractor, she knows how to make people collaborate.
Trainer
Over 20 years of experience as a Project Manager in contract research and manufacturing organizations Karin has worked in both the contractor and the sponsor role. She is PMP certified and a certified trainer in The Success Principles. She has delivered trainings for PMs and a group of new employees in a growing organization. She is involved in Lonza's personal development training for future leaders (ActivateÒ).

Karin has a degree in Chemical Technology and received her PhD degree at the University of Nijmegen, The Netherlands. She is a certified project management professional (PMP) since 2012 and a certified trainer in the Success Principles since 2019. She is fluent in Dutch, English and German.
